This Privacy Policy explains how Lugat Game Studio ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you play Connectle (the "App") on iOS and Android.

Analytics data. We collect anonymous usage information to understand app performance and user behaviour, including screens visited, features used, session duration, device type, OS version, and app version. This data does not identify you personally.

Crash and diagnostic data. We automatically collect crash reports, error logs, and performance diagnostics to identify and fix bugs. This data may include stack traces and device identifiers but not your personal information.

Advertising identifiers. The App may display ads. Our advertising partners may collect identifiers (such as your advertising ID) to measure ad performance. You can opt out by resetting or limiting your advertising ID in your device settings.

3. Third-Party Services

We retain analytics and crash data for approximately 90 days. Because this data is anonymous and cannot be linked to you personally, there is no account to delete. If you want to opt out of collection, you can uninstall the App or disable analytics permissions in your device settings.

5. Your Rights

EEA / UK residents (GDPR). Our legal basis for processing analytics and diagnostic data is our legitimate interest in improving the App and providing a better user experience. Advertising processing is based on your consent where required.

California residents (CCPA). Because we only collect anonymous analytics and diagnostic data that does not identify you personally, CCPA does not apply. We do not sell personal information, and you cannot be individually identified in our data.

Children. The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). Because the App only collects anonymous analytics data, we do not knowingly collect personal information from any users. We comply with COPPA and GDPR requirements for child online privacy.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the App or by email. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
